Yes. The Evolve 30 is designed to seat up to three people, however the space available is more ideal for couples who prefers more space during a sauna session. Many owners use the extra room to stretch out or recline using the movable bench design, creating a more relaxed experience during longer sessions.

The Evolve 30 plugs into a standard 240-volt, 10-amp household outlet. The total power draw is approximately 2255 watts (around 9.4 amps), so it typically operates on a normal home circuit. In some homes it may be preferable to use a dedicated circuit if other large appliances share the same line.

Running costs are generally modest. The Evolve 30 typically costs around 50 cents per hour to operate depending on local electricity rates. Because infrared saunas heat the body directly rather than heating large volumes of air, they are usually more energy-efficient than traditional steam saunas.

The heating panels reach full operating temperature in about 15 minutes. Because infrared heat works by warming your body directly rather than only heating the surrounding air, many users begin sweating shortly after entering the sauna even at moderate air temperatures.

A key design feature is its 360-degree infrared heat coverage, including a heater on the front wall. Many saunas only heat from the sides and back, which can leave the front of the body cooler. Full surround heater placement helps deliver more even infrared exposure across the entire body.

The sauna uses advanced nano-carbon heater technology engineered to produce extremely low electromagnetic fields. Magnetic fields are typically measured at less than 1 mG near the heater surface, while electric fields are reduced to very low levels compared with many conventional infrared sauna designs.

The cabin is built from solid Canadian Hemlock, a wood commonly used in infrared sauna construction because of its stability and mild natural aroma. The sauna avoids plywood or particle board, and uses water-based finishes and food-safe adhesives designed to maintain a clean environment during heating.

Yes. The sauna uses an interlocking panel system designed for straightforward assembly. Most owners assemble the sauna in about 90 minutes with two people. The process typically involves connecting the wall panels, installing the bench, and plugging in the electrical connections.
