The Solace bath can be installed indoors or outdoors, with UV-resistant and weather-resistant finishes designed for Australian conditions.

The chiller can be positioned away from the bath for greater installation flexibility — up to 5 metres with Solace Home and up to 10 metres with Solace Pro. This allows the chiller to be discreetly located out of sight while maintaining full performance.

The chiller itself should be positioned in a suitably protected and ventilated location in accordance with the installation requirements to maintain warranty coverage.

Cooling time depends on the starting water temperature, ambient conditions and your selected temperature.

Solace Home typically cools water by approximately 2–3°C per hour.

Solace Pro provides approximately 2.2x the cooling power of Solace Home, allowing faster initial cooling and stronger temperature recovery under frequent use. Under suitable conditions, Solace Pro can cool from ambient water temperature to 3°C in as little as approximately 2 hours.

Once your selected temperature is reached, the system automatically maintains it so your Solace is ready when you are.

Yes. Solace offers a temperature range from 3°C to 40°C, allowing the system to be used for cold plunges as well as warmer water sessions.

No external plumbing is required. Solace has a self-contained water circulation and filtration system and can simply be filled from a suitable water source, such as a garden hose.

For residential use, water may typically require changing every 1–3 months, depending on frequency of use, number of users and water-care practices. Commercial and high-use environments will generally require more frequent water changes to maintain appropriate water quality and hygiene.
